Preventing Corona Virus Infection with OPV & Estrogen patches

Dear Dr,
Dr. Gallo at the University of Maryland proposes a double blind study of polio vaccine to test the efficacy and safety in treatment of COVID-19. Administered @UMD & the Mount Sinai medical center, the study is based on research that shows OPV Reduced colds and flu (RNA virus like Covid19) by 3 to 4 times for months possible Years!

Another Double Blind study already under way is at Renaissance Health, with Estrogen patches as a Treatment to get patients off ventilators faster!

Why not extend this research as a preventative prophylaxis into Critical Hot Spots such as prisons and Rest Homes?  Most especially the food supply where workers are forced to risk their lives under the DPA, and where some or possibly many of these indispensable workers may not ever even have been vaccinated, say in the case of Undocumented workers, it would only take executive action to mandate such.

If serum testing for Covid 19 antibodies could be done to determine likely candidates (those still uninfected), would it be possible  to also test for Polio antibodies to determine who could receive an  OPV booster (a safe and effective vaccine with Almost a Century of Proven prevention). If these concepts have a good chance of working as an intermediary protection, why not use both medicines more widely, until an actual vaccine is created and distributed?

Both medicines are low cost and could be implemented comparatively quickly. Setting up a framework to administer such could be a precursor framework for the actual vaccine.

The basis for both double blind study medicines are the theories that estrogen in women give a better chance of survival and recovery, and also (I believe) that recent Polio Vaccination in young people give them added immunity.
